Hi, I have found once you've held down the button and got the two beeps to let you know it's activated, you don't have to keep your hand on the button. Also please note that if you use siri with voice over off you want get things read to you like if you want a weather report, it will show it on screen but siri won't read it out you'd have to turn voice over on to read what was on the screen. If you use siri in conjunction with voice over everything is read on screen for you as if your using voice over yourself and voice over takes over the siri voice so they do not clide with eachother. I like to use siri with voice over on better because I get instant speech feedback.
