Hi Sarah, Unfortunately, the folks at Apple have chosen not to make the content of a presentation available when it is displayed in Keynote's Slide Show mode. Aside from that glaring issue, I've found Keynote to be reasonably accessible with VO and have had good luck opening and reading Powerpoint presentations as long as they were originally created using accessible elements. I'm referring to the Mac version of Keynote. Haven't tried playing a slide show on the IOS version of keynote yet. Not sure what to suggest if you need to use slide show mode.
