You could try looking at http://etc.usf.edu/techease/4all/input-devices/what-are-mouse-keys/#accessvi d I have not tried this as I assume there would be a conflict with numpad commander which I am a fan of. The page does suggest pressing option 5 times as a short cut way of turning mouse keys on though which I was not aware of so I may experiment between switching between the 2 utilities.
