The "Covers" tab is where you can import artwork into your book.  The 
"Chapters" tab is where you do most of the work, splitting chapters etc..  The 
"Finish" tab is where the book is actually created.

AudioBook Builder by Splasm Software is the utility we recommend here at Mac 
Access for creating this kind of content.  We also have a member of the 
developer company monitoring this group.
