Any help appreciated. Sure. When you go to the dock and are on the folder you want to open, first press Command+Shift+M. You can then navigate the list until you hear "list". Press Enter on this. You'll have to go back to the Dock, and do this for the other folder too. The next time you want to open either of these folders from the Dock, you will be able to see their contents.
