Safari informs me I need to update Adobe flash player, and sent me to
their website for download of the software package
"Install_Flash_Player_OSX.dmg". When I run the installer from the desktop,
it doesn't seem to work with VO. It looks alot like the windows version of
the FP installer which is also problematic on that platform.
How can I update Flash Player to version 11.4 on my iMac with this flakey
installer?
Can I run the installer from the website instead of downloading it? Would
that make a difference?
Any help appreciated - I can't access certain media without the update.
