I managed to solve my dilema with the FlashPlayer installer, and for the
benefit of others, I'll tell what I did.
I turned off cursor tracking so that the mouse could be moved freely, and
with my limited vision and a good magnifier, placed the mouse on the
Checkbox that says I read and agree to terms...
Then I clicked the mouse with VO shift space.
Next, I moved the mouse to the "install" button in the bottom right of the
installer window and clicked the mouse again with VO shift space.
I was asked for authentication and entered my system password, and the
installer did it's thing.
Finally, I got the "done" button which VO was able to see and I VO
spacebarred it closing out the process.
The FlashPlayer is now up to date and I can watch youtube videos again.
Note: I didn't know I could click the mouse with cursor tracking off. I
thought I had to click it with a tap on the trackpad and that VO shift Space
wouldn't work. Well, it did and I assume that I can click the mouse anywhere
I can place it, either manually, or with VO cursor tracking.
Hope this helps - of course, it requires some sight either yours or a
sighted person.

Safari informs me I need to update Adobe flash player, and sent me to
their website for download of the software package
"Install_Flash_Player_OSX.dmg". When I run the installer from the
desktop, it doesn't seem to work with VO. It looks alot like the windows
version of the FP installer which is also problematic on that platform.
How can I update Flash Player to version 11.4 on my iMac with this flakey
installer?
Can I run the installer from the website instead of downloading it? Would
that make a difference?
Any help appreciated - I can't access certain media without the update.
