1. Renaming files and folders - just press return on the file or folder. 2. Not sure about automatic deletion. I use S Archiver which simply creates the extracted foderfolder next to the archive file so it is not too much of a hardship to cursor down and delete the original archive. You may be able to set this up in settings. I think you can get a trial version of S archiver and you can buy it from Mac Access.
