1. Renaming files and folders - just press return on the file or folder.
2. Not sure about automatic deletion. I use S Archiver which simply creates
the extracted foderfolder next to the archive file so it is not too much of
a hardship to cursor down and delete the original archive. You may be able
to set this up in settings. I think you can get a trial version of S
archiver and you can buy it from Mac Access.

Subject: renaming folders&files, and looking for a program

2 questions in one message. How can I rename a folder or an archived file
using a mac? I'm also looking for an unarchiver that will extract different
file types and somewhere in the settings, I'd like to set it up where it
deletes the archived file after extracting the files to a folder. I know
there are a few accessible ones out there, but not sure if any of them have
the settings I'm looking for. thanks.
