I'll try and record something and put it in our Podcast.  But honestly if 
you're interested in this application, it isn't really expensive at just £13.99 
GBP.  It's accessible.  Actually Lynne made it even more accessible to me 
because she put VoiceOver labels on all of the check boxes and buttons.  I 
don't know whether it's possible to export those preferences for just the one 
utility but, if so, you'd be more than welcome to them.
