Well I'm sorry but I don't remember. It has been a while since I did this. I
would certainly try rebooting first. There is also an import choice on the
menus. You might try that. From what I remember though it was very straight
forward.

In keeping with the topic: I cannot get Fusion5 to recognize or "see" my 
boot camp partition - it doesn't appear in the Virtual Machines Library 
table. I just installed and ran VMWare for the first time yesterday (trial 
version) and read through the help system. Following those instructions for 
creating a VM from bootcamp, I was unable to locate the Bootcamp partition 
in the VM Library. I will try again today or tommorrow, but wonder if anyone

has any suggestions? Could it be a trial version limitation? Or, maybe I 
just need to reboot?

I'm open to suggestions.
