Hello Paul,

iBooks can only be read on IOS devices. Kobo books can be read on IOS devices 
using the Kobo app and on the Mac using Adobe Digital Editions. Barnes and 
Noble Nook books can be read on the Mac using Adobe Digital Editions. CS Books 
from Wiley can be read on the Mac using Adobe Digital Editions.

These are the ones I know about but there may be others. I know nothing about 
accessibility on Windows.
