A friend is having issues with her iMac running MountainLion and rather than spending a lot of time trying to work out what she's done to make it not work, [I'm having trouble getting her to explain symptoms so aren't much help with this], she wants to simply start over. Is the easiest way for her to reset her mac to a clean setup to actually reinstall MountainLion?
