Trevor,

What version of ProTools do you have? I saw an update the other day, but I really didn't wanna update, as after the issues we're currently having, and the fact that both Slau and Kevin have said things are still not completely fixed, you know, with the counters, etc.

BTW, what key do I hit to increase and decrease my zoom level when I press num pad plus, and minus to move through my session? Or ok, fine, numpad 1 and 2, while stopped.

? I swear I'm pulling my hair out trying to remember. Also, if you're running anything above 10.2, how're you dealing with the new A A X plugins, being that unlike RTas, they're not accessible?

Thank you kindly,

Christopher-Mark Gilland.

Subject: Copying files on to an external hard drive

I have downloaded some drivers for a midi controller on to my mac and for some reason it won't let me copy them on to an external hard drive. I also downloaded an update for pro tools 10 and it won't let me put them on to the external hard drive either.

Does anyone have any idea why please?

Thank you,
Trevor
