Numbers, new accessibility?

I read over on the HTB2.com website that numbers is now completely 
accessible with a new update. I don't have numbers, using its competitor 
instead. If anyone who uses numbers can confirm a new update and full 
accessibility would you please comment onlist? I may just give it a go if 
it's now a viable option to excel.
