I have now contacted the developers to see if they are aware of the issue.  By 
the way, I tried Sarah's suggestion of the "CleanMyMac" application and I have 
to say I was impressed.  Lynne, I think, was svn more impressed than I as it 
took away a lot of junk which other similar applications have totally 
disregarded.  I believe Lynne has also now bought us a license, although she is 
currently out so I can't ask her.
