But the point here is that they don't necessarily need to check. It could be 
made mandatory and so a podcast which doesn't have image tabs is automatically 
rejected. This happens in the App Store when you submit an application so I see 
why Apple has done it. All the same, it could turn out to be a preclusive 
policy.
