Hello David, First of all, for lines to appear in the rotor of Quick Nav, which I assume is what Michael is talking about, you need to have Lines checked in the Web Rotor options in VoiceOver Utility. Then, I think the additional options only show up if you have Single Key navigation enabled.
It certainly does work on the page you linked to.
