Ah thank you - quitting the app was what I wanted to do and I hadn't
come across that keystroke yet, or if I had I'd forgotten :-) I was
looking in the file menu thinking something like that would be there,
and so confused when the only close things were close window which
were greyed out...I'm surprised the command doesn't seem to be in any
of the menus...or perhaps I'm missing it...
