Thank you so so so very much. This is a huge relief. This has finally got rid of the intoning Infovox message and I can access my Mac again. I have to use Daniel for the time being and although he is not normally my favourite he is music to my ears now. I dare not change him until I am convinced that I have got rid of every trace of this software from my system and in particular their virus like voices which have crippled my machine for the last 24 hours. This feature is in my view disgraceful. I actually tried on multiple occasions to buy credits to purchase these voices last week but for some reason their website obstinately refused to accept my PayPal credentials, even though I checked, by using EBay, that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my PayPal account then or now. So not only did this company make it impossible for me to buy their voices they also then sabotaged my machine and made it unusable. Talk about adding insult to injury.

Press vo-m to access the menu bar, and right arrow twice to highlight the File menu. PRess down arrow five times, and you will reach an item called, "Reset Basic VoiceOver preferences." Press enter. A dialog with two buttons will open. To make this easier, press vo-end, that is, the VoiceOver keys and the function key at the bottom left of a Macbook keyboard, and the right arrow key. This brings you to the cancel button. Vo-Left to the Reset button, which is not default, and press vo-space.
