When i first got my iphone i just learned to listen to what voice over was
saying. If you hear 3 or 3 bars wifi network then you have that. If you see
gprs for example and no amount of bars you are connected to your cell network.
On your cell network the number of bars is on the upper left hand part of the
status bar. So this can be a very quick way to tell if you are connected to
wifi or not.. So to sumerise'

go to the second item in the status bar and if it says x number of bars it's
wifi otherwise it's your cell network that you are connected to. If you see
nothing there you have no signal.

As the Mac Access Dot Net administrators, we do our very best to ensure that
the Mac-Access E-Mal list remains malware, spyware, Trojan, virus and
worm-free. However, this should in no way replace your own security strategy.
We assume neither liability nor responsibility should something unpredictable
happen.
