Hi Everybody,

I am going to visit a friend this weekend who is interested in getting either
an iPad or an iPod Touch. Even though newer models are available now, my
husband and I will be taking our i devices with us to give her a chance to get
used to using a touch screen. I know she will ask me what generation of iPod
touch I have, and I'm pretty sure it's a 4th generation. Oddly, I can't find
anywhere that identifies it that way though. I bought it two years ago in
July, and it was the newest one available at the time. It's a 64 gig. Does
anyone have any ideas on how I can find out for sure which generation it is?
The information doesn't seem to be contained in any of the materials that came
in the box. I hate to call the good folks at AppleCare just to ask something
like that, so I would appreciate very much, knowing how I can find out if any
of you have any ideas! Thanks so much in advance!

Desi
