I am having a few issues with answering calls on my iPhone.

I think to resolve these issues I need to find a way to receive calls via
speaker phone. I thought this was all sorted by a proximity sensor but this
does not appear to work on my phone at least and I am having to answer calls
by applying my ear and hearing aid to the phone. This is causing terrible
interference in my digital aids.

If I happen to be wearing earphones when I receive a call it is OK.
Using com Pilot is a solution if I happen to be wearing them and have the
Com Pilot turned on . However I cannot have the Com Pilot turned on all the
time as it degrades the amount I can hear in a normal environment . Turning
on the Com Pilot when I get a call and then waiting for the Bluetooth
connection to be recognised is too lengthy and unpredictable.

I thought a sort of solution would be to use the phone on speaker phone at
least until I can get either earphones or the com pilot engaged with the
phone.

Any suggestions ?
