The last update seems to have been issued in 2010 so that's some time ago. The application still seems to work as well as it ever did under OSX Mountain Lion so I guess the old quote applies, "If it ain't broke then don't fix it".
In my use of Tables there's been only 1 problem I've come up against, I couldn't directly export to a Microsoft Excel file so I exported to a comma delimited text file and was able to import this into Excel.
