Actually it was was the person who taught me a bit about the Microsoft Office 
products who really put me onto this, far easier to create a table in Excel 
than it is in Word, just paste the table into Word when you've finished your 
creation.

I couldn't for the life of me see why the same principle couldn't apply when 
using something like Nisus Writer Pro where you can't actually access the table 
in a Nisus Writer document - you know the table is there as Voiceover announces 
the image but you can't do much with it -.
