Hello Jonathan, If you're talking about the Pages application, Quick Nav is a bad idea. Having interacted with the item on the page, such as body or header, you have to bring the mouse and do a VO-Shift-Space bar click then just use the arrow keys to navigate or edit.
What does the VoiceOver manual say, anyway?
