Thanks Anne - Part of the problem is, that the way things are just now, when I 
move up and down the status column, sometimes VO says unread, other times and 
in fact most of the time, it says blank, or reply sent. I don't know why it is 
inconsistent, but I certainly have unread messages that show up as blank in the 
status column. Also, I like to group by conversation, so I can delete a thread 
that isn't of interest to me -
