Andrea, Do the following:
Disable the passcode Simply 1. go to Settings 2. select General and then scroll down to Passcode Lock. Select this and then tap on Turn Passcode Off. you will be asked to input your passcode a couple of times to navigate through these menus. I hope this helps. Hugs and 73 Linda C.
