Don't think that would work if the iTunes app is crashing on some people trying to launch it fem siri would not work as it would probably just crash. What I would do is try restoring your phone to new, keeping a back up so you can later restore to that, then try launching the iTunes store from the app icon. If that does not work, then we have bigger problems. I'd try calling apple and reporting this, or taking it down to the apple store so they can take a look.
