Hello Debbie, All the iWork applications for Mac work with VoiceOver. You can manage tables in Pages but it's complicated and VoiceOver doesn't see them when they are embedded in the text rather than shown as separate elements on the page.
Keynote has its problems too, but there are ways round them. Numbers gives trouble when a table is very big. VoiceOver gets busy, slowing things down.
