Hello Chris, In Pages, as long as you set the paragraph styles correctly for the body text and headings, you can create a table of contents automatically using the appropriate command in the Insert menu.
Before putting much text into your document, you should set hotkeys for all the paragraph styles you'll need. The hotkeys are F1 to F8 and all you have to do to apply a style is be in the paragraph and press the hotkey.
