I do not know about jumping in tables but I think that if you hit the end key when in the links list you will jump to the end. I am not on my Mac at the moment but this certainly works in item chooser so logically should work there as well.
I forget what the MacBook equivalent of end key is. Something like function shift down arrow I think but I use an extended keyboard on an iMac.
