Hi! I just thought of something,perhaps the application is responding okay but the document you've scanned is taking a while to upload to the Docuscan server? I know this happens here and it can be painfully slow sometimes, you know the scan has been processed when Docuscan beeps, at that point you're ready to scan your next page, rescan the page etc.
