Hello Paul,
So glad to hear that BlueHarvest Lite worked for you. The Mac App Store Lite
version is really new -- I think it only appeared two or three days ago.

I think this App Store link should work for any other interested users:
• BlueHarvest Lite ($13.99) by Ross Tulloch
https://itunes.apple.com/app/blueharvest-lite/id739483376?mt=12

The product web site that offers a separate purchase of a full version of the
app, and also a downloadable free 30-day trial version of the app is:
http://www.zeroonetwenty.com/blueharvest/

Since the original question about Apple Double Format files was asked in
connection with NAS storage devices, I'll just add the comment that BlueHarvest
cannot remove the Apple Double folders that appear on NAS (Network Attached
Storage) drives. Please go to the web site and read their FAQs about the
kinds of files Blue Harvest can deal with:
http://www.zeroonetwenty.com/blueharvest/frequently-asked-questions.html

They refer you back to the NAS vendor for solutions to hide such folders on
devices that connect to Windows or Linux systems and do not use Mac hard drive
formatting because those systems are not set up to allow your Mac to delete,
change, or hide those folders. This is something that your vendor would have
to implement.

HTH. Cheers,

Esther
