Hi Christ and all
To be honest, I agree with you christ that a total reinstall
just because of one wrongly configured preference really is a bit
extreme.
Of course, there's always that omln as a very very last resort.
But yes, reinstalling all our apps, not to mention mail,
messaging and other apps from third-parties, this really is an
undertaking I'm keen to avoid.
Incidentally, I am aware that there is quite a lot of support
traffic awaiting my attension. I'lb get to it just which soon as
I can. I'm also aware that there's one support message whose
author has requested a personal response after me, rather than
Lynne or Tracy. I may need to use our iOS devices for not if I
cannot resolve the issue od the MacBoek Air quickly.
Kind Regards

Reinstalling the OS is a bit overkill in my opinion. I'd not go
that route
just quite yet. Maybe as a last resort, but I'd like to see if
the list, as
well as myself can help 'em get this solved some other way before
going to
that extreme, should it be possible.
Chris.

Gordon,
I hesitate to suggest anything as I tend to think you will
probably have
investigated what follows.
Do you have an application or way of testing which applications
are
running and if so, if you close anything you can, do you still
have the
issue with the spacebar?
I was also wondering if doing a re-installation of the Operating
System
might solve the issue.
Regards,
Roger.
