Hello Ann and Others, I am using Mountain Lion, so I am not privilege to the free offerings of iWorks on my MacBook Air. It was purchased just before the update to Mavericks. My question is: Is it worth investing the $60-70 on the full suite? In the past with MS Office, I never been required to create a PowerPoint presentation, so I don't think Keynotes would be necessary. Is the most recent upgrade to the iWorks suite make it conducive to put away MS Office for good? There are some features in Word that I am wondering if they can be found in Pages such as setting heading styles, the intersection or location of a cursor on a page and specific statistics such as word count and page number. In Numbers, can one have VO announce the column or row when a particular cell is entered? Are you able to create templates in Pages and in Numbers? Sorry for all the questions, but I do want to make an inform decision before spending the money on the programs.
Thanks for all of your advice.
