Hello all. I was wondering if when using text edit on a mac running Mavericks if there is a way to have it ask if you wanted to save changes before closing a document? I ask this because I opened something and accidentally changed something and closed it before I hit undo and it did not confirm the change. I looked all over preferences for text edit and could not see anything like that. Any help would be great,
