Command-option-k takes you to the next change or comment. Sometimes you automatically find yourself in a popup window. If you don't, you can access it from the window chooser menu (VO-F2 twice). I've found that turning curser tracking off helps access the popover menu. While in the popover menu, you can press VO-F4 to read what text is highlighted. This is useful as the popover menu sometimes just says “text deleted”, and you need to see what text is highlighted to know what has been deleted.
YOu can insert comments with command-shift-k, or just simply edit the document, deleting or adding text as you like. It's up to you. YOu could combine these if you wish, by deleting something and explaining why you deleted it in a comment. A sighted person will see what you've deleted and what you've added, so you don't need to tell them that much. <--- Mac Access At Mac Access Dot Net ---> To reply to this post, please address your message to [email protected] You can find an archive of all messages posted to the Mac-Access forum at either the list's own dedicated web archive: <http://mail.tft-bbs.co.uk/pipermail/mac-access/index.html> or at the public Mail Archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/>.
