Unfortunately there is no guide that I'm aware of. It's a pretty new thing, so just feel bold and strike out exploring on your own. Once you're working on your document, feel free to write in with any questions. Anne Robertson is also a bit of a guru with anything Pages related, and she offers training courses at a reasonable rate.
