Please type in the word "convert " in search on an IIOS 7.1 device, and have VO read it. I have done this with 3 separate users, on iPad mini, iPhone 4s, and iPhone 4. In all cases, VO says "convela." I realize this is very weird, and cannot believe that it is true. Before upgrading to IOS7.1 on my iPhone 4s, I checked this out, and it was saying "convert" correctly. When I have checked this out, I have always added a space after the word. While reading text, that contains the word "convert" it is pronounced "convela". I did call Apple about this, but the person I spoke with thought I didn't know what I was doing. I would have thought the same, in his position. He tried it, and I heard his device say it correctly . He claimed to be using 7.1. I feel pretty stupid even suggesting this as a possible issue, because I cannot imagine how it could have changed, from a sw perspective, from 7.0.6 to 7.1.
