You will get basic Daisy functionality with the freeware Olearia program but
I have not used it since Lion so I am not sure of how well it works with
Mavericks.

Subject: Daisy files on the Mac

Hi all -

I want to develop Spanish conversation, and have been considering a course
with the Hadley school for the blind. It seems they use DTB file formats for
the audio material. There was a link on their website, to test if the files
would play on my computer, and as they were in mp3 format, the download
unzipped and played just fine. However, they opened in iTunes, which isn't
ideal when it comes to needing to be able to jump to headings etc, within
the recording. So, Is there another way, or an app that will let me play DTB
titles on my MacBook Air?

Thanks -

Andy
