Hi all - With most emails, I am able to interact and use the cursor keys to read character by character. Occasionally however, I get a message where I can not do this; I am able to read word by word using VO and right arrow, but I can not break the word down in to it's characters. I am able to do this by using VO W to have the word spelled to me, but am wondering what the sender has done when composing their message that causes this change in behaviour when reading it. I have been careful to check that quick nav is off, so that isn't the cause -
