Yes it is in System Preferences under Accessability. I think there is also
a way of setting up a shortcut key to do a quick switch.

Hi all,
Is there a setting on the MacBook air, where I could get high contrast? On
Zoom text, I use black background with white letters. Would be great to
find something like that on Mac air? And the ability, to go back to normal
screen when needed.
