Mark, back again, do the following:
1. Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts.
2. Interact with the Shorcuts Category Table.
3. Arrow down to "Accessibility."
4. Press VO+J to jump to the Accessibility Shorcuts table.
5. Arrow down to "Invert Colors."
6. Make sure the checkbox for this row is checked. It is unchecked by default in recent OSX versions. 7. Make a note of what the short-cut key is and also make a note of whether it works with Voice Over. If not try changing it to Command+Option+Shift+8

Subject: High contrast, black and white for Mac air

Hi all,
Is there a setting on the MacBook air, where I could get high contrast? On Zoom text, I use black background with white letters. Would be great to find something like that on Mac air? And the ability, to go back to normal screen when needed.
Let me know
Thanks
Mark
