Hi,

I haven't had cause to use Itunes to purchase anything for ages and I
can't get it to work. I found an app I'm interested in and I click a
link from the site and Itunes launches. There's html content but VO
says it's empty. I can't find anything else on the screen talking
about the app or allowing me to download it.

I then tried just looking in the store by going to itunes store in the
sources table but again the html content was empty. The previous and
next itunes store page buttons were dimmed.

I can't tell you which version of Itunes I have because when I go to
"about itunes" from the menu I can find some text saying "about
itunes" but no version numbers. Is there another way to get this
information?

Are there any podcasts on using the itunes store? So far I've only
ever downloaded apps from the app store or websites. How do apps in
itunes get managed? Is it just another route to installing apps which
will still be installed into the apps folder?

Thanks for any pointers,
Catherine
