For some reason the html area  is not refreshing. Try cmd r to reload the page. 
If you check for updates on your mac app store and you don't have any you are 
running the latest version of itunes 11. Also, try hitting cmd shift h to go to 
the home of itunes store and never rely on the back and forward buttons but the 
key strokes instead.  then search for the app by hitting cmd option  f and type 
in our app name and hit enter. then try your heading key strokes to get to the 
boty of that html area.
