One would think that when your phone syncs up with the
wrist band that the wrist band probably tells the app what sort
of life it has been leading while you've been wearing it.
        What do the lights represent?
At this point, I don't have any suggestions but the step
count and such things as pulse rate are numbers and they may go
somewhere you can read them.
