Thank you for this, tried to post an update to both Facebook and
Twitter, could I find the buttons could I heck. Never thought to ask as
am one who likes to try things on my own <smile>. Well that's promoting
independence.

I’ve looked around and can only see 3 items, a series of radio buttons which
determines what notifications and widgets are seen, the notifications table
itself and notification preferences.
