Hi mate, As the 5c isn't a 64 byt phone, you won't be able to use the Alex voice.
The 5S 6 and 6 plus, are all 64 byt phones. Also the iPad air and iPad mini with retner display are all 64 byt devices. Thus, you'll be able to use Alex on those devices.
