Hi mate,
As the 5c isn't a 64 byt phone, you won't be able to use the Alex voice.
The 5S 6 and 6 plus, are all 64 byt phones.
Also the iPad air and iPad mini with retner display are all 64 byt devices.
Thus, you'll be able to use Alex on those devices.

But I can not even find him under US english their is only a default one
and a better quality voice.
