Actually, I used to be one of the ASendspace Wizard developers, believe it or not, but I quit the position, as like you all have seen, they really don't seem to listen. Every time that I would report a bug, they never really seemed to care to fix it. I didn't do the coding aspect of it, I was more in the support/trouble shooting division. Eventually, they denied me access to their ticketting system, and when I wrote asking them why, they never got back with me until about half a year later, out of the clear blue. Of course by then, I'd already quit, so their message wasn't even rellavent anymore.

I started using Dropbox, and have got to say, I've never been happier.

OK, the web site is slightly confusing at times, but it's definitely not impossible.

The software however works incredibly well! I've never had a single problem, that I can recall off hand. I'm not sure how responsive their support is, but that's only because really honestly, I've never really needed to contact them in the first place.

Anyway, I'm veering off topic from Sendspace, so let me work that back in. Yeah, I would try enabling Accessibility mode, if you've not done so already. Aside this though, I'm not sure how much more help I may be, and I really don't want to offer too much advice here, seeing I've not used it in so long. I'd hate to misguide someone.

Chris.

Dianne when I first raised this question on list, Sarah said she had written more than once to sendspace about this to no avail. It is unfortunate that her e-mails went ignored.

The problem I have with using Sendspace on the Mac, is the one that Eleanor was referringnto. How many of you have written to SenndSpace, explaining the problem. I have sent many questions, and get the response that "no one else seems to be having a problem with VO and Sendspace. nI have turned on the VO switch, but cannot read the login and password fieldsSo, Sarah, if you know how to do this, please let me know, and everyone having problems with this, PLEASE write to that arrogant dude at Sendspace. It seems that he is the only one there, whereever "there" may be. I don't think it is in the U.S. Britain, Canada or Australia. Can you imagine all of the data they control, without any accountability? Sorry, I know that is off-topic, just food for thought.

Actually turn that off and simply do a vo shift m on the app file. this will make you more secure. All you need to do then is just hit open once and it will never bug you again.

1. Have you copied it to your applications folder?
2. have you set up permission to install apps from anywhere in your system preferences?
